Belmont Green's specialist mortgage lending brand, Vida Homeloans, has won a business award from Spelthorne Borough Council, in recognition of its contribution to the local economy. This joins the twenty-two mortgage industry awards it has won since launch.

 

Since establishing the business in the borough in October 2016, Belmont Green has very quickly become a substantial part of the Spelthorne business landscape. Vida Homeloans is a ‘business to business’ brand and national in its scope, with over 8,000 customers and £1.6 billion in lending since launch. At the same time, the employment that Belmont Green has provided (200 employees at its head office in Staines and regional offices in London and Skipton) and the premises it has leased (1 London Road from October 2016 to April 2018, the Strata Building since then) shows its commitment and contribution to the local area. 

 

Belmont Green is proud to be based in Staines-upon-Thames, is committed to staying in the borough of Spelthorne and is planning to grow significantly over the next few years.
